Add one thing (a message, a note, mail that arrived, anything) to a pursuit this person is in, kept once however often it arrives, as a reply when it answers something already there
Takes space_id, kind (message when left out), title, text (or a list of texts: the first with words is kept), body (any other fields it carries), source_ref (where it came from, or a list: the first given; the same source_ref again adds nothing), reply_to_source (where the thing it answers came from: refs separated by spaces, or a list) and app (what it came through). A rule runs it for each event from outside, such as mail arriving.
