Archive files
Archive some of this person's files, folders or recordings so they leave Files, Media and search and wait in Archived, moving on to Recently Deleted when Archived's keep-for days end
state is "archived"; items is a list of { name } or { identity, label? } as for tool:delete-files. Each goes to Archived with the days it has left before it moves to Recently Deleted. tool:put-back-files brings it back.
