Book one open time on your Cal.com calendar for someone: their name, email and time zone and the start from find_open_times; Cal.com emails both of you and puts it on your calendar
What it asks for
- event_type_id (Needed, number): The event type's id, from list_event_types
- start (Needed, words): The start, in UTC, exactly as find_open_times returned it
