Find the silent stretches in a video or recording and the parts worth keeping between them
Returns the silent stretches and the spoken or sounding stretches to keep between them, in seconds, so pauses can be cut out.
What it asks for
- video (Needed, file): The video's identity in your files (1f: then 64 hex), as find_file or list_files returns it
- threshold_db (Optional, number): Quieter than this counts as silence (default -30)
- min_silence_seconds (Optional, number): Shortest pause that counts (default 0.5)
- pad_seconds (Optional, number): Sound kept around each kept stretch (default 0.05)
