Follow a script as it is read aloud
Find how far someone has read through a script made from one of their content formats, from the words heard while they read it, the way a teleprompter follows a voice
Give format_id and about (the thought the script was made with, as shape-a-thought-into-formats took them), heard (a live or finished transcript) and optionally said, the place reached by an earlier call, to go on from it. Each word heard is looked for a few words ahead of the place reached, so an aside or a misheard word never loses the place and it never moves back. Returns said (script words read), total, progress from 0 to 1, done, and next_words: what comes next. Changes nothing.
