Runs on the person's computer (computer/local-models.mjs modelsForThisMac). Without input it answers the computer's chip, memory and free space, whether its model server runs, and each model offered for it (computer/local-models.json offer) with whether it fits and whether the computer has it. With get "fitting" it downloads every model that fits and is missing; with get as a list of offer ids, those. When the server is missing it downloads and opens it first. A model got here answers tool:ask-a-model at once, so Trillion's checks run on the computer for free.
