Keep this Mac quiet until a time
Turn Focus on and keep distracting apps closed on the person's Mac until a set time, for a work session, a meeting or bedtime
Give until (a date and time) or minutes. apps names the apps to keep closed (a short default list of messaging and video apps when left out); only instead names the apps that stay open, and every other app is closed whenever it opens, for a session where the one thing is all that is left; Finder, Trillion, terminals and Shortcuts are never closed. focus false leaves Focus as it is. The hold ends by itself at its time (at most 12 hours away), so the person is never kept out of their own Mac. The first time, the Mac opens a Shortcuts window and the person presses Add Shortcut once.
