Keep things running
See what this account keeps running by itself (schedules, timed work, workflow runs) and what stopped, and get stopped things going again
Without sweep it only reads: how many things this account keeps running, when they were last checked, and each one that stopped with how many times it was started again and whether an AI was handed it. sweep: true acts now, as the hourly check does: a stopped thing is started again once; if it stops again it is handed to whichever of the person's AIs takes it first and the person is told, once per stop. Trillion runs this check by itself every hour for every account that keeps anything running.
