Tidy up
Show the title and folder suggestions for this person's files, waiting for them to accept or reject, with what each is grounded in and the tidy-ups already applied
Lists every suggestion newest first with its file, suggested title and folder, the results it cites, why, who suggested it, its state (review, accepted, rejected, applied, stale, undone) and the tidy-up it was applied in. state (optional) keeps one state. Returns proposals, counts per state, can_undo (the tidy-up an undo reverses) and said. Its screen is where the person accepts, rejects, applies and undoes.
