Screen look over the day

Make this person's screen look change by itself over the day, such as moving from the light Trillion look to Trillion Black in the evening, on every device, in that device's time zone

With nothing given it returns the plan, the starting plans (presets) and the sun moments (anchors). preset starts a starting plan and turns it on (evening-dims-to-black: Trillion until 7pm, Trillion Black by 10pm, back between 6:30 and 7:30am). points replaces the plan's points, each { at: { clock: "21:00" } or { anchor: "sunset", minutes: -30 }, look: <look_id> }; between two points every screen moves gradually from one look to the next by itself. on turns the plan on or off; place { latitude, longitude } lets sun moments work; time_zone pins one zone (left out, each device follows its own); hold { kind: "worn", since } keeps the worn look until the next point and null lets the plan carry on. A schedule or rule can run it too. Returns said, the plan in one sentence.
