What it asks for
- video (Needed, file): The recording to take the frame from: its identity in your files (1f: then 64 hex), as find_file or list_files returns it
- at (Optional, number): Seconds into the recording for the frame (default: its sharpest, best-lit moment)
- count (Optional, number): How many to make (default 2)
