Create and manage sales contracts
Create, read, list or send sales contracts with their customer, pricing, access grants, usage limits, negotiated terms and follow-ups after payment, and read what the person's business really has (their offers and prices on their own Stripe, their customers, saved deals, rules, schedules and workflows) to build one from; sending emails the person a private link they open with a one-time email code, review and sign without an account, and pay when the deal has a price
Keeps each contract in this account. Supply the agreed terms for each contract, including any price or schedule negotiated on a sales call. Send one person a link only their proved email address can open. They can review and sign without a Trillion account; a priced deal then uses this account's Stripe connection for payment.
What it asks for
- operation (Needed, one of): resources answers what the builder can build from: each source in src/sales-contract-builder.json with its items (offers with amount_cents, currency and interval; customers with name and email; saved deals; rules; schedules; workflows) and whether it could be read.
- contract_id (Optional, words): The id returned when a draft was saved.
- contract (Optional, details): Contract terms supplied for this customer. Preserve pricing rules and entitlements as structured data. follow_ups: [{ label, on: "paid" | { once_at }, then: { tool_id or workflow_id, input } }] are set as the person's own rules (when the deal is paid) and schedules (at that time) when it is sent; {to}, {contract_name}, {contract_id} and {address} in their words are filled then.
- name (Optional, words):
- to (Optional, words): send: the email address of the person the deal is for. Only someone who proves this address with a one-time code can open it.
- scope (Optional, details): send without to: who may open the link, as share links take it ({ kind: public | private | email | phone | code, value }).
- note (Optional, words): send: your own words to them, shown in the email.
- expires_at (Optional, words): send: when the link stops working; leave out for no end.
