What it asks for
- ad_account_id (Needed, words): The ad account, as act_<number> (list_ad_accounts gives it)
- name (Needed, words): The campaign's name
- objective (Needed, one of):
- special_ad_categories (Optional, list): Only when the ads are about one of these; none when left out
