What I was told, where it reached me and where I saw it
List what Trillion told this person, newest first: each notice with every way it went (sent, waiting its turn, turned off or unavailable) and the surface the person saw it on
Optional limit (up to 100, default 20) and kind (only notices of that kind, such as take-me-there). Returns notices, each { id, kind, title, at, open, read, read_on: { channel, device_id, at } when the person saw it, told: { channel: sent | a stage | not-sent } }, and said, the count and how many were seen, in words. It is the same list the open Trillion page's notices show (src/tell-the-person.mjs recent), so an AI reads where the person saw something instead of guessing. It changes nothing.
