Pick a cover frame for a video

Choose the best frame of a video for its cover or thumbnail and save it as a picture

Scores frames across the video for sharpness and exposure, saves the best one (or the frame at at seconds) as a JPEG in your files, and returns its time.

What it asks for

  • video (Needed, file): The video's identity in your files (1f: then 64 hex), as find_file or list_files returns it
  • at (Optional, number): Use the frame at this time instead of choosing
  • width (Optional, number): Picture width in pixels (default the video's)
