Publish an approved post to each place it is meant to go
Publish one of this person's approved posts to each of its destinations, straight through their own connected accounts, without posting anything twice
Give post_id (from draft_post or list_posts), or leave it out to publish the approved post that has waited longest. A post that is not approved is refused. A post whose scheduled time is still ahead is set to go at that time. Each place that has not taken the post yet is sent it once; a place whose outcome is not known is sent again only when its account_id is in resend. Returns status (posted, scheduled, partial or failed; missing or nothing when there was no such post), post (each destination's state and published address) and said, in plain words.
