Read which Trillion apps bring one thing a web page cannot (such as listening when the page is closed) and that this account does not have yet, for the device asking
With thing (an id from the apps' brings, such as listen) and optionally user_agent (the asking browser's User-Agent), returns thing, words (that thing's own heading and body, or null when no app brings it) and offered: one entry per app this account does not have yet that brings it and has a link or an access check for the device, each with id, title, logo, body, links ([{label, href}]), waiting (the honest not-yet words when it has no link), recovery ([{label, href}]) and scan_src (the address of the code a phone scans, or null). Reads only; it changes nothing.
