Recently Deleted
List what this person deleted or archived, newest first, with how many days each has left before it moves on, so any of it can be put back
state (optional) keeps one state (deleted or archived); after (optional) is the previous page's next_after. Each item has its id (for tool:put-back-files), label, state, the names it had, where it was, when and by whom, and days_left (null: kept until put back). Also answers keep_for. Its screen is the Recently Deleted screen.
