Send an email as Trillion

Send one personal email to one person from Trillion's own address (jibran@gettrillion.ai), in Trillion's branded email look, with an optional button

Runs only in the account that runs Trillion. When emailing a person from contacts, read their current row and pass recipient as that row's name with its email address as to; a mismatch or ambiguous address is refused. The words are markdown (bold, links, lists); action adds one button with a label and a link; reply_to sends replies somewhere else. Returns whether it went out. Every email also goes as a BCC to the account owner's own address, and is kept in the account's Sent.

What it asks for

  • to (Needed, words): The one email address it goes to
  • recipient (Optional, words): The intended person's name from their current contact row; required when to belongs to a saved contact
  • subject (Needed, words): The subject line
  • markdown (Needed, words): The words of the email, in markdown
  • preheader (Optional, words): The short line an inbox shows after the subject
  • action (Optional, details): One button under the words
  • reply_to (Optional, words): Where replies go, when not to the sender
