Send to all my AIs
Send one message from this person to every AI on their account at once, kept word for word so each AI can read it
Give text: the person's words, exactly as written, and optionally files: up to 19 of the person's own files, each { identity } as Files names it. Each file is checked to be one of the person's own before anything is kept. The message is kept once in the shared Trillion conversation (conversation_id trillion:shared), linking each file, then every AI on the account is woken to read it with read_messages; each wake-up names the files too. Returns message_id, conversation_id, files, delivery (agent_id, name and state for each AI: waiting, delivered, or next_connection when it sees it the next time it connects) and message. Being woken is not the same as having read it. Refuses when no AI is connected yet, and when there are neither words nor files.

- text (Needed, words): The person's words, exactly as written; empty only when files are sent
- files (Optional, list): The person's own files sent with the message
