Turn a selectable Trillion capability on or off for one connected account, or reset it to the default
Set a Trillion-use choice for one exact connected account. This does not change the permissions granted to the provider. connection_id and connected_at identify the current account incarnation; capability_id must be a user-selectable capability declared by that service. choice is enabled, disabled, or reset (reset restores the default enabled behavior). The choice applies only to this account.
