Change how long deleted files are kept
Change how many days this person's Recently Deleted or Archived keep things before they move on
after_days is { state: days } (a whole number from 0 to 36500, or null to keep until put back). It applies at once to everything already there, so a shorter time can make things move on, or be gone for good, at the next sweep. A state left out keeps its days.
