Set or clear facts about one of this person's files: when and where it was captured, its camera, or any field they keep
Changes only the facts it names in the file's facts, found under any identity of the same file; a fact set to null is taken away. Files and Media show every fact as a field the person can sort, group and filter by, and read_file_results with kind facts reads them.
What it asks for

- facts (Needed, details): The facts to set, by name; null takes one away. Known: captured_at (ISO date and time), place (a place's name), location ({latitude, longitude}), camera, duration (seconds), resolution
