Share one record into a pursuit
Share one of this person's records (a decision, pursuit or message) into a pursuit they are in, or update the copy already there
Takes space_id (a space this person is in) and record_id (a decision case_id, pursuit id or message id of theirs). Copies only the fields that record kind shares into the space, or brings the copy there up to date, and keeps that the record is shared there. A rule runs it for each decision a program client works on, so the host sees it in their space together.
