Show a tour on the person's screen
Start a guided tour on this person's Trillion page, or the next one waiting (What's new), now, on their own schedule, or when something happens
Give tour_id (from read_tours) for one tour, or next: true for the next tour waiting to show by itself, the one opening Trillion would start. It starts on their open Trillion page, as show_tour does. A schedule runs it as { "tool_id": "tool:show-a-tour", "input": { "next": true } } so What's new shows only at the time they chose (with a show rule holding tours started by themselves); a rule or workflow runs it the same way when something happens. Their show rules still decide: a tour they hold (subject tour, started_by asked) waits.
