Use my own sign-in app

Use this person's own OAuth sign-in app (its client id and secret) when they connect a service by signing in, instead of Trillion's shared one, or stop using it

service is the service as connect_service names it (its id or name). client_id and client_secret come from the sign-in app the person made on that service's developer page; the secret is sealed in this account's locked box and never shown again, and the id is kept readable because every sign-in link carries it. From then on this account's sign-in links and token requests for that service use this app; everyone else keeps Trillion's shared one. remove: true stops using it and goes back to the shared app where the service has one. A connector this account saved itself for a service Trillion does not ship signs in only with an app added here. Connect the service again afterwards so its sign-in uses the app.

What it asks for

  • service (Needed, words): The service, as connect_service names it
  • client_id (Optional, words): Your sign-in app's client id
  • client_secret (Optional, words): Your sign-in app's client secret; left out only when the service's sign-in sends none
  • remove (Optional, yes or no): true stops using your own app

Use it from your AI

Connect the AI you already use to Trillion once. Then ask in your own words; your AI finds this tool by what it does and runs it.

Say to your AI: “Use Trillion to use this person's own OAuth sign-in app (its client id and secret) when they connect a service by signing in, instead of Trillion's shared one, or stop using it”

What your AI calls: run_tool {"tool_id":"tool:use-my-own-sign-in-app"}
