Every couple of hours, read the history Trillion already keeps (open decisions, handoffs, finished work, the person's own recent messages and goals), give each thing in motion a completion percentage from evidence only (whether it was picked up, started or finished), work out the change since the last board, find the before and after of the actual thing, write a visual board to the person's Trillion files, and show the person their Progress screen and the board in the chat they are in.
